Who we are

This website is run by Greenroads International EOOD (VAT BG208354234), Str. Knyaz Boris I 55, Floor 2, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at olaf@greenroadsrealestate.com.

What we collect

Webinar registration: your name, email address, country of residence and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number.

Requesting the free guide: your email address.

Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool (Calendly), such as your name, email address and the time you pick.

If you email, call or message us: whatever you send us.

Website use: only if you accept cookies, we collect usage data through Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, such as pages viewed and the device and browser you use.

Why we use it

To register you for the webinar and send you the details, to send you the guide you asked for, to schedule and prepare a call you asked for, and to answer your questions. We do this because you asked us to, and on the basis of your consent.

To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. We only do this with your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Formspree (forms), Calendly (scheduling), Google (Tag Manager and analytics), Meta (advertising measurement) and our hosting provider [PLACEHOLDER: hosting provider].

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
